By using Corpevent.ca (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

1. What Corpevent.ca is

Corpevent.ca is an informational directory of businesses that provide corporate event services in the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding Southern Ontario. We are a directory only: we do not sell, provide, broker or fulfil any of the services listed, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a listed business. Our purpose is simply to make it easier to find and compare providers in this space.

2. Listings

Listings are compiled from publicly available information on the internet — company websites, public business profiles and similar sources — and from information submitted to us by businesses themselves. A listing is not an endorsement, recommendation or certification of any business, and no business can pay to rank higher in the directory. Details such as services, pricing, availability and contact information change over time; always confirm them directly with the provider before making decisions.

If you own or represent a listed business and would like your listing updated or removed, contact us at info@corpevent.ca and we will act on the request promptly.

3. Photos and media

Images on the Site are illustrative. Some are licensed stock photography (for example from Pexels or Wikimedia Commons — see our photo credits), and some may be provided by suppliers or drawn from public sources. Except for our own branding, we do not claim ownership of the media shown; all trademarks, business names and images remain the property of their respective owners, and their appearance on the Site does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of Corpevent.ca. If you believe an image on the Site is used improperly, contact us and we will review and remove it where appropriate.

4. No warranties, limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of any listing, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality or performance of any service provided by a listed business. Any dealings between you and a listed business — including quotes, contracts, payments and disputes — are strictly between you and that business. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corpevent.ca is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or your dealings with listed businesses.

5. Listing applications

When a business applies to be listed, we review the application and may follow up to verify details. Submitting an application does not guarantee a listing. See our Privacy Policy for how submitted information is handled.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, harvest or bulk-copy directory content, not to submit false or misleading information through the Site's forms, and not to use the Site for spam or any unlawful purpose.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Questions? Email info@corpevent.ca.
